Makmur/Momo Biscuit and Biscotti

my first overseas homemade of Biskut Makmur or some called it Momo made out from Ghee (clarified butter). i made 2 fillings, plain and with Kurma. these golfs are so mean addictive!

my neighbor gave me few pieces of "Biscotti" to try out. it was light, airy, crunchy and naturally sweet. she don't know the name of this cookie she had baked, but i think it is a biscotti.
